This not only enhances the relevance of conversations but also ensures easy retrieval of essential documents and information directly from one's smartphone.
• Host and participate in meetings – By combining Communicator HUB and Connect, users can effortlessly initiate or join MyRoom meetings to collaborate with both colleagues and external contacts. With just one click or touch, users can securely enter meetings without the need for dial-in numbers or access codes. Up to 15 participants can simultaneously join meetings, which support HD audio and video (1080p at 20fps), desktop and application sharing, alongside multi-party chat functionality.
• Business Calling – Connect provides the capability to make and receive business calls over cellular networks or VOIP using one's designated business phone number.
